We have a good day, and it’s our last day in Melbourne, so
we are off to see some more of the town.
Melbourne has an interesting skyline.
This picture was taken from our balcony.
And we wandered along the Yarra River again.
We found a small lane with a lot of street art
Of course, we've seen lots of art all over Melbourne.
The large park had a pretty memorial to emergency services workers...
and even the cottage, moved from England, that belonged to the parents of Captain
James Cook, explorer and discoverer of the Hawaiian Islands and Australia.
In the afternoon we went to the Princess Theater for a production of Harry
Potter and the Cursed Child. It was
five hours long and in two parts. First
part at 2:00 and the second at 7:30. We
went back to the hotel in between the parts and also had dinner. Great show.
Tomorrow we catch a flight to Sydney where our trip continues in
eastern Australia.
